At Pup Hood, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in original, unworn condition.

  Print and Ship

  Download your prepaid shipping label, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
